At The Dope Warehouse, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the consumable nature of cannabis products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these items. However, if you receive a defective product, such as a malfunctioning vape pen or an incorrect item, please contact us with photographic evidence within 30 days of order placement. We take fraud seriously, and repeated unfounded claims will not be entertained.

Return Eligibility

  • Consumable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges for consumable items. This category includes cannabis flowers, pre-rolls, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, topicals, and any other products intended for ingestion or inhalation.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, non-consumable products must adhere to these conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in near-new condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Photographic evidence of the product upon receipt must be provided.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged non-consumable product, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional documentation to evaluate the issue.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified from their original state.
  • Products lacking proof of complaint (photographic evidence).

Store Credit and Exchanges

In situations where a return does not qualify for a refund, we may offer store credit or exchange options at our discretion.
