Shipping Guide

Need information on how we handle online orders? Here are some frequently asked questions and answers to help you understand our process.


How will I know that my order has been received?

Once your order is placed, it will be put on hold until we receive your Proof of Payment (POP). After you send us your POP, your order status will change to “processing”.

You’ll also receive an email with all your order details and shipping information. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam or junk mail folders.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed quickly once payment is cleared, typically by 9:30 am daily to ensure timely dispatch.
  • For faster processing, we recommend sending your payment immediately after order confirmation.
  • Use your current order number as a reference in your POP and send it directly to us for prompt processing.
  • Orders with POP sent after 9:30 am will be processed the next morning due to courier time slots.
  • If your POP doesn’t clear by 9:30 am, your order will be shipped the following day.

Order Fulfillment

Several factors can affect the fulfillment of your order, including:

📅 Payment Clearing Time

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to clear. We only dispatch items after the funds have been confirmed in our account, ensuring the security of all transactions.

🚚 Shipping Times

  • Gauteng Residents: Delivery within 1-3 working days. No waybill is provided as local orders are expedited.
  • Orders Outside Gauteng: Dispatched within 2-4 working days with a waybill for tracking.
  • Mpumalanga: Courier typically services on Thursdays.
  • North West: Courier services on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Remote Areas: may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping is available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following week once payment is confirmed.


Waybills

Waybills are generated in the afternoons as part of our batch dispatching process. You will receive your waybill via email between 12pm and 5pm.


Delivery Areas and Costs

Where do we deliver?
We deliver to addresses within South Africa only! Please note you need to 18 years or older to order cannabis products. We do not deliver to PUDO lockers at this time.

How much does shipping cost within South Africa?
We offer a flat rate of R140 for shipping nationwide. We do not accept payments from international bank accounts (South African Bank Accounts Only!).

How will my delivery arrive?
All orders are sent via a door-to-door courier service. Ensure someone is available to receive your order at your specified address. Orders usually arrive within 5 working days from the date of payment. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after sending POP?
Changes or cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped.
